"The best example of LOVING SERVICE we have ever experienced." Scott and Tanyas

Hoosier Hospitality with an International Flavor

The Old Northside Bed & Breakfast is located in the middle of the historic Old Northside neighborhood in Indianapolis which is on the historic register as the Dewenter-Greenen House, built in 1885 by industrialist Herman Dewenter. Local businessman/entertainer/politician Gary Hofmeister acquired the house in 1994 to make it into a luxury Bed & Breakfast worthy of its history and lineage.

Original artwork from various parts of the world adorn the walls and a Ukrainian artist hand painted several murals and ceilings of the Bed and Breakfast located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Guest comfort and services are the prime concerns with many free amenities such as private parking, hundreds of movies, cable TV, popcorn, soft drinks, bottled water, free WiFi, a 24/7 snack bar and the complete breakfast at a time of your choosing. There are never any extra charges.

Notes:
This is a smoke free house, but a smoker’s patio is provided.
All rooms have private baths, some with large double jacuzzi tubs.

A Message From Gary

I attribute our success at first being "all in" at welcoming each and every guest with the best service they have ever experienced. And second, trying to think of everything to make the experience an exceptional one. I never stop thinking about what I can add or enhance to reach that goal. The nicest people in the world come to B&B's. I know because they come here!
